Local Nashville-area designers—all graduates of O’More College of Design—come together to design a newly constructed home to benefit their alma mater. Located in historic Franklin, TN, this 4,500 square foot home features 12 designer spaces to attract local home enthusiasts in one of the country’s hottest design markets. Proceeds benefit the O’More College of Design.

“Greensboro’s Grandest House” — the Adamsleigh mansion features 33 rooms, including 10 bedrooms, and totals 15,000 square feet. The estate covers 13.5 acres that include pools, a lake, tennis courts, a stone gazebo and a five-car garage. Some have argued that Adamsleigh is North Carolina’s second most impressive house, behind Biltmore in Asheville. Education initiatives supported by the Junior League of Greensboro will benefit from the event’s proceeds.
