Each room in the house is designated to one of today's most respected designers, who will create elegant spaces that reflect their individual styles. Hampton Designer Showhouse

For the seventh year in a row, Traditional Home will serve as the exclusive national media sponsor of the Hampton Designer Showhouse, one of the Northeast's most prestigious design events, drawing more than 7,500 affluent consumers to tour the property during a six-week open house at the height of the Hamptons' social summer season. This premier property will be transformed by more than 25 A-list designers and will benefit Southampton Hospital.

Atlanta Symphony Decorators' Show House & Gardens

The 45th Annual Atlanta Symphony Associates' Decorators' Show House & Gardens is one of the top—and longest-running—showhouses in the country. In 2015, the Show House will be located at “Château Soleil,” a French style estate at just minutes from the heart of Buckhead. Named for its sunny, golden façade, Château Soleil was designed by renowned architect William T. Baker in 1998 on two lushly landscaped acres. The 14,000 square-foot grand estate is one of the finest examples of European-style craftsmanship in Atlanta with six bedrooms, seven baths, four half-baths and a 26-foot domed marble entrance. The house also boasts a Versailles-inspired grand living room with marble fireplace and formal dining room with 16-foot ceilings, three intimate family rooms, and a separate library and study. The grounds include a breathtaking, classically-designed formal terraced garden with inviting walkways that surround the saline swimming pool.

Junior League of High Point Showhouse

The Randall B. Terry Estate | 200 West Farriss Avenue | High Point, NC

The Terry Estate has been selected as the Junior League of High Point 2015 Designer Showhouse. This 5,400 square-foot-home was built in 1912 by prominent local businessman Randall B. Terry; it is one of the earliest homes built in the historic Roland Park area (now part of Emerywood) and serves as one of the finest examples of the English Tudor Revivial-style homes that became popular in the region. Many of the stunning original details remain, including arched doorways, stained-glass windows, inlaid flooring, and hand-crafted paneling on many of the walls and ceilings throughout. The spacious, nearly-acre property includes the house, carriage house, pool and gardens.

Stately Homes By-The-Sea Designer Show House

Blithewald | Rumson, NJ

Blithewald, historic treasure from the Gilded Age nestled in the picturesque, waterside town of Rumson, NJ is the setting for the fifth edition of Stately Homes by-the-Sea Designer Show House. Built in 1883 by David B. Keeler, one of the first successful financiers to be drawn to the beauty of the seaside enclave, Blithewald hearkens back to the dawn of the Great Estates of Rumson. The design by noted architect Edward L. Woodruff and renowned landscape designer Nathan Barrett features the rich architectural details and splendid gardens that would become emblematic of the grand mansions of the era. Tour the house, and explore the extensive gardens, pool and cabana.
