The 2010 kravet your room Interior Design Contest - Traditional Home

Traditional Home invited students from over 50 Interior Design schools across the country to create an original room design incorporating product from Kravet and KravetSmart collections. A panel of Traditional Home editors and Kravet representatives choose 1 Grand Prize winner and 5 Honorable Mentions from more than 140 original designs. CONGRATULATIONS to the Dilong Huang from the

Created a Tranquil Beach design incorporating a symmetrical balance of furniture that was inspired by Kravet and KravetSmart products,
as well as the Caribbean beaches.

Design concept is Urban Classico accentuating styles that belong to two different eras. Using Kravet and KravetSmart products, she seamlessly merges them with dignity while providing a sense of comfortable class.

STEPHANIE MASTROLILLO from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online Division
Focused on a Refined Comfort. Inspired by artwork that sits above the fireplace mantle, the design embodies an Asian influence with geometrical patterns that balance gracefully with organic and flowing curves.

TERI MAGUIRE from Cañada College
Created a room that is sophisticated, yet comfortable. Inspired by the Kravet Montauk Mid Sofa, Teri created an exciting variety of furnishings and fabric that have inspired grace and elegant design in her living room.

CHLOE OKEEFFE from the New England School of Design at Suffolk University, was directly inspired by Kravet’s signature logo when designing her space. She imitated the straight and clean modern lines of the K’s in the logo to reflect the architecture and furniture selections.

SARA KIHM from High Point University, concept was to create a loft interior with high ceilings and olive interiors that give it a peaceful and serene atmosphere. New York City’s skyline was the inspiration for this space and compliments the lines and patterns of the Kravet products selected
