The Thermador Freedom collection of culinary preservation columns—including refrigerator, freezer, and wine columns—has been redesigned and expanded with multiple options for mixing, matching, or combining units for a completely bespoke configuration. The newly designed wine columns can store up to 99 bottles in three independent wine zones so culinary enthusiasts can enjoy more flexibility in storing their finest wines at the appropriate temperature.

LG Electronics has added to the number of its refrigerators outfitted with the popular InstaView feature that allows users to knock twice to illuminate its glass panel and see inside the refrigerator without opening the door. In addition to InstaView, these models incorporate advanced technologies designed for easier access and extending food freshness. LG’s Door-in-Door technology serves as the foundation for the InstaView panel and allows users to access often-used items without having to open the entire refrigerator. Simply push a button on the door to release the magnetic seal and access the compartment. The refrigerator’s ColdSaver Panel, a barrier between the interior compartment and the rest of the refrigerator, reduces cold air loss and helps keep food fresh.

GE Monogram refigerator columns are making it easier for homeowners to customize their kitchen appliances to suit their lifestyle. The columns allow for separate installations of refrigerator and freezer units, opening up new kitchen layout options. For a customized look, columns offer adjustable panels and flush installation to ensure the design blends with cabinetry.

Bosch continues to grow its refrigeration lineup, showcasing new refrigerator and freezer columns, including models in black glass. The columns provide more design options while also helping consumers reduce food waste with new freshness systems like VitaFresh Pro, a feature that keeps food fresh up to three times longer.

The new CBS 1360 refrigerator-freezer from Liebherr is a slim 24 inches in stature but it's loaded with innovative features. Its SuperCool and SuperFrost technology maximize food preservation and optimize produce freshness. It's also equipped with BioFresh technology that extends the life of food for up to three times longer than conventional refrigerators.

Leibherr also has introduced a new wine cabinet that serves up the latest in climate technology. An easy-to-read LCD screen guarantees exact temperature, while dimmable LED lighting gives a beautiful view of bottles without compromising their quality. Adjustable handcrafted shelves, made of beach wood, are adjustable and can house up to 18 Bordeaux bottles.
