Tinsley Hutson-Wiley, “In Her Shoes” Closet

Tinsley Huston-Wiley’s shoe closet looks like a scene from Sex in the City. Hidden behind black-and-white drapery, the space is tucked away in the master suite. The Madeline Weinrib “Pink Suzi” rug inspired the room’s pink-and-black color scheme. Black polka dot “Carlu” wallpaper by Osborne & Little and an “Artemis Mirror” by Ironies added depth to the confined space and contrasted nicely with the lacquered Chinoiserie shelving. “It’s a small but glamorous sanctuary for the lady of the house to relax and admire her collection of shoes, hats, and handbags,” says Hutson-Wiley.
