Market Moments

Some of the best—and most fun—new products our editors are seeing the week of April 2

Produced by Anna Logan

This week’s Market Moments is all about new introductions from some heavy hitters. From Williams Sonoma Home to Nordstrom, the forecast for fresh spring décor looks very sunny.

Williams Sonoma AERIN Collection

Bring a little Hamptons relaxation to your home with Williams Sonoma’s The AERIN Collection. Produced in collaboration with Aerin Lauder, this launch covers everything from your table to your walls. It is infused with moments from Lauder’s childhood in the Hamptons. “The new collection, inspired by my memories of summers with my family, has a wonderful mix of heritage and modern,” says Lauder. Adorn your walls with her frames, or use her platters to serve up the perfect summer menu curated by Lauder herself.

Anthropologie Home + Nordstrom

The launch of Anthropologie’s partnership with Nordstrom features an Anthropologie aesthetic with a distinctly Nordstrom feel. The collaboration brings an edited selection of over 200 items from Anthropologie Home to 15 Nordstrom stores across the country, including those in San Diego, Dallas, and Atlanta. The trademark Anthropologie flourishes of bright bohemian moments shine throughout the line. Anthropologie and Nordstrom worked with 20 artists worldwide to secure exclusive artwork for the collection, which is available in stores and online now.

Lucky Home

Nothing is more American than a pair of denim jeans, with its classic lines and warm familiarity. Lucky Brand infused that same mix of classic warmth into their latest collaboration. In partnership with Macy’s, Lucky Brand will be launching tabletop wares at Macy’s across the country later this month. Select Lucky Brand stores will get product by early summer. The line features plates, glassware, linens, and wood serving bowls. Our personal favorite are the white dinner plates with blue splatter paint.

Target Opalhouse

Target continues their successful foray into home décor with the launch of Opalhouse. The launch is chockfull of rich tones and splashy patterns. The brand, which launches on April 8, will feature more than 1,300 pieces, including everything from removable wallpaper to rattan chairs. It will launch with three different collections: Canyon Sunrise, Mallorca, and Indochic. Each line has its own distinct flair, from the blush tones of Canyon Sunrise to the dreamy jewel tones of Indochic.
