Some of the best—and most fun—new products our editors are seeing the week of April 9

Kelly Wearstler + Ann Sacks

Design Doyenne Kelly Wearstler introduced her latest tile collection with Ann Sacks this spring. The collection, which includes lines Liaison and Maven, is a delightful mix of the bold shapes Wearstler is known for, along with subdued but powerful colors. They’re sure to add a pop to even the most basic kitchens and baths.

Gray Malin

Famed photographer Gray Malin is continuing his foray into the design world with the release of his wallpaper line with Mitchell Black. The line will feature some of his iconic photos and some of his more abstract pieces. The Sunbathers, shown here, is inspired by the hot summer days on Miami’s South Beach.

Alex Sickling Staffordshire Design

Every design lover worth their salt can recognize a Staffordshire Dog when they see one. Designer Alex Sickling has taken the iconic form and added her own spin. Sickling is part of a new crop of British artisans making waves in the design world. We love these statues because they take traditional design and turns it on its head. They are perfect as the finishing touch on your bookshelf. Needless to say, we’re obsessed.

Bastet Stool

This stool, from Brooklyn based designer Kate Casey, pairs sumptuous upholstery with cool modern lines. The latest version of her stool features the color of the moment: a moody citrine. The base is an oiled white oak, giving the whole thing a mature but bright spring.

Totally white beds can be a little boring. Matouk’s Tangier embroidery adds just the right amount of fun to a sophisticated bed. The cubist detailing follows along the bedding’s flange. It’s available in four colors, shown here in Deep Jade. The subtle detailing of the embroidery really adds a pop to the linens.
